The location is wonderful, close to the harbor, beaches, city center, clubs, and restaurants.

Had an amazing Xmas getaway! Location was spot on, just a short walk to the beach and close to all the action. The apartment was clean and had all the facilities we needed. The host was super friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for things to do. The balcony and terrace were great spots to enjoy a smoke and the beautiful views.

The apartment could have been cleaned more frequently, but it wasn't a big issue. a great experience at a good price.

It was a very comfortable stay for long holidays - perfect staff and rooms. The location was magnificent and best possible and just 5 minutes walk to Panagia Church. Besides, it was waking distance to a market and stores.

I stayed at Pieris Apartments during a transit in Ayia Napa and found the location to be extremely convenient. The nearest airport was just 36 km away, making it easily accessible for travelers.

While my stay at Pieris Apartments was overall satisfactory, one minor drawback was the cleanliness of the room. There were some hair and dust on the floor, as well as hair in the shower upon arrival.

Shower problem, needs fixing.

We had an absolutely exceptional stay at this hotel. The owner was incredibly helpful and provided us with all the information we needed about the city. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the city center and close to the bus stop, making it easy for us to explore the area. The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, kitchen facilities, and a smart TV. The host went above and beyond, even offering us cold bottles of water upon arrival and departure. the hotel facilities and staff were top-notch.

Nothing to dislike.

The location was lit, just a short walk to the beach and all the crazy clubs. The owner was mad cool and gave us dope recommendations for the best parties. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, even a washing machine. We'll def come back for another lit vacay!

We were bummed that there wasn't a sick pool party happening at the apartments. It would've been dope to have a chill pool area to hang out with other party-going peeps and get the vibe going.
